2* cover – applies to cars and light commercial vehicles which are purchased over £1,000. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Front/Rear Drive System, Drive System, Electrical, Brakes, Steering, Cooling System, Casings.

3* cover – applies to cars and light commercial vehicles which are purchased over £1,500. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Timing Belts (providing that there is proof that the manufacturers’ replacement recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination), Differential, Clutch, Brakes, Propshaft, Wheel Bearings, Steering, Suspension, Fuel System, Cooling System, Electrical, Diesel Injection, Casings.

4* cover – applies to cars and light commercial vehicles which are up to 10 years old and have not exceeded 100,000 miles at the inception date. Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: Engine, Manual and Automatic Gearbox, Timing Belts (providing that there is proof that the manufacturers’ replacement recommendations have been complied with and they are free from oil contamination), Turbo, Front/Rear Drive System, Brakes, Steering, Cooling System, Propshaft, Fuel system, Front/Rear Suspension, Wheel Bearings, Clutch, Electrical, Casings.

5* cover – suitable for cars and light commercial vehicles which up to 5 years old and have not exceeded 60,000 miles at the inception date. During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions.

Periods of cover available for all of the above are 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 24 and 36 months.

Available claim liabilities range from £200 to the original vehicle Purchase Price dependent on the customers’ requirements. Maximum claim liabilities are indicative of a per claim basis and the Insured will be permitted to make unlimited claims throughout the duration including parts, labour and VAT.
